What ViSof is
ViSof DDI Software SAS is a Colombian company that develops SIIPS, an information system that brings the clinical, administrative and financial processes of IPS (healthcare provider institutions) into one platform.
Its modules cover appointments and online booking, specialty-specific clinical records, service orders, billing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), accounts receivable, claim denials (glosas), payroll, accounting and inventory. It has options for dentistry, clinical lab, imaging and outpatient care.
An IPS uses SIIPS to book appointments, keep clinical records and bill with RIPS files and electronic invoices from a single system.
On May 5, 2026, Colombia's Ministry of Health and Social Protection granted SIIPS technical conformity validation for the Digital Care Summary (RDA) in the Patient and Outpatient Consultation scenarios.
