What Medifolios is
Medifolios is a Colombian, fully cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform from Medifolios SAS.
It serves private practices, clinics and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), from 1–5 user practices to multi-site providers. It includes specialty-configurable clinical records, scheduling, admissions, electronic invoicing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), claim-denial management (glosas), telemedicine, lab, imaging and inpatient modules.
An IPS or private practice keeps its patients' clinical records, scheduling, electronic invoicing and RIPS files in Medifolios.
It reports more than 900 active provider institutions (IPS) and more than 13,000 active physicians.
