Medifolios is a Colombian, fully cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform from Medifolios SAS. It serves private practices, clinics and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), from 1–5 user practices to multi-site providers. It includes specialty-configurable clinical records, scheduling, admissions, electronic invoicing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), claim-denial management (glosas), telemedicine, lab, imaging and inpatient modules.

No. Medifolios remains your system: Arbol books on it for Compensar EPS members and all your patients.
Do Compensar EPS or Medifolios endorse Arbol?
No. Compensar EPS and Medifolios are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
