Medifolios is a Colombian, fully cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform from Medifolios SAS. It serves private practices, clinics and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), from 1–5 user practices to multi-site providers. Nequi
Nequi is a digital financial platform that started in 2015 inside Grupo Bancolombia. Since September 1, 2026, it has operated as Nequi S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento, a Grupo Cibest company supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendency. Businesses can get paid with Nequi online, by QR code, through push notifications in the app and with recurring charges.
Charge for visits with a QR code or a payment request the patient approves in the Nequi app.

What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
