gMedic
gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.
A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.

Nequi
Nequi is a digital financial platform that started in 2015 inside Grupo Bancolombia. Since September 1, 2026, it has operated as Nequi S.A. Compañía de Financiamiento, a Grupo Cibest company supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendency. Businesses can get paid with Nequi online, by QR code, through push notifications in the app and with recurring charges.
Charge for visits with a QR code or a payment request the patient approves in the Nequi app.

What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
