gMedic
gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.
A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.

Its integration API (patients, appointments, schedule availability and clinical records) is an add-on module for customers and has supported webhooks since its August 27, 2026 update.

WhatsApp Business is WhatsApp's (Meta) offering for companies, and it comes in two versions. The WhatsApp Business app is free and built for small businesses: a business profile, a product showcase and automated replies, with limited customization and integration. The WhatsApp Business Platform is for medium and large businesses: it gives API access to message customers at scale, connect other systems and send template messages, which are billed per message.
