Mutualser EPS
Mutualser EPS is a health insurer (EPS) with mutual-society roots: it began as Asociación Mutual Montes de María, a community health enterprise. Its administrative office is in Cartagena, and its members are in the Caribbean region, mainly in Bolívar, Córdoba and Atlántico.
Clinics work with Mutualser to report emergency care, request authorizations and manage patient referrals.

Providers use its Zonaser Prestador portal to report emergency care, request authorizations and manage referrals, following Technical Annex 1 of Resolution 2335 of 2023.

Medifolios
Medifolios is a Colombian, fully cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform from Medifolios SAS. It serves private practices, clinics and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), from 1–5 user practices to multi-site providers. It includes specialty-configurable clinical records, scheduling, admissions, electronic invoicing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), claim-denial management (glosas), telemedicine, lab, imaging and inpatient modules.
An IPS or private practice keeps its patients' clinical records, scheduling, electronic invoicing and RIPS files in Medifolios.

For licensed customers: a REST API with browsable documentation and token authentication, plus webhooks for appointments, admissions and patient calls to the exam room; the scope available per module is confirmed with support.

No. Medifolios remains your system: Arbol books on it for Mutualser EPS members and all your patients.
Do Mutualser EPS or Medifolios endorse Arbol?
No. Mutualser EPS and Medifolios are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
