Mutualser EPS
Mutualser EPS is a health insurer (EPS) with mutual-society roots: it began as Asociación Mutual Montes de María, a community health enterprise. Its administrative office is in Cartagena, and its members are in the Caribbean region, mainly in Bolívar, Córdoba and Atlántico.
Clinics work with Mutualser to report emergency care, request authorizations and manage patient referrals.

Providers use its Zonaser Prestador portal to report emergency care, request authorizations and manage referrals, following Technical Annex 1 of Resolution 2335 of 2023.

Microsoft Outlook
Outlook is Microsoft's email and calendar, and it also manages contacts. It is part of Microsoft 365, where mailboxes live in Exchange Online, and it also works with personal Microsoft accounts. The new Outlook for Windows is free and requires no subscription.

Microsoft Graph is Microsoft's REST API for Outlook: it can read, send and organize email, create and update events, check availability and receive change notifications.

What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
