ViSof DDI Software SAS is a Colombian company that develops SIIPS, an information system that brings the clinical, administrative and financial processes of IPS (healthcare provider institutions) into one platform. Its modules cover appointments and online booking, specialty-specific clinical records, service orders, billing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), accounts receivable, claim denials (glosas), payroll, accounting and inventory. It has options for dentistry, clinical lab, imaging and outpatient care.
An IPS uses SIIPS to book appointments, keep clinical records and bill with RIPS files and electronic invoices from a single system.

Google Calendar
Google Calendar is Google's calendar, used with a personal Google Account or within Google Workspace. It lets you create events, share calendars and publish appointment schedules with a booking page where others pick a time. Some appointment schedule features require a Google Workspace or Google One subscription.
Keep each provider's schedule and let patients book appointments in open slots.

The Google Calendar API is a REST API with OAuth 2.0 to read and create events and calendars, manage access permissions and receive push notifications of changes at an HTTPS webhook.

No. If your team only books in ViSof, Arbol works on ViSof; Google Calendar is connected if your clinicians also use it.

No. ViSof and Google Calendar are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
