Salud Total EPS-S S.A. is a health insurer (EPS) with members in both the contributory and subsidized regimes.
It is the fourth-largest EPS in Colombia by membership, and its largest group of members is in Bogotá.
Clinics work with Salud Total to register service referrals (authorizations) and service requests, and to bill for the care they give its members.
5,520,675 members as of August 2026: 3,861,543 in the contributory regime and 1,659,132 in the subsidized regime.
