Electronic health record software
gMedic
gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.
A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.

Its integration API (patients, appointments, schedule availability and clinical records) is an add-on module for customers and has supported webhooks since its August 27, 2026 update.

PSE
PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea, or "secure online payments") is a service of ACH Colombia, an entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendency. It lets people pay online with a direct debit from a savings account, checking account or electronic deposit at participating financial institutions. Merchants connect it directly to ACH Colombia, through ACH's own payment gateway or through partner gateways.
Take payment for visits and invoices straight from the patient's bank account, no card needed.

A direct connection requires an agreement with ACH Colombia (onboarding through the merchant's bank, web services over a secure channel and technical certification); the alternative is ACH's gateway or a partner gateway.

No. The payment happens in PSE, into your organization's account. Arbol sends the link and records the conversation.
Do gMedic or PSE endorse Arbol?
No. gMedic and PSE are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
