What PSE is
PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea, or "secure online payments") is a service of ACH Colombia, an entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendency.
It lets people pay online with a direct debit from a savings account, checking account or electronic deposit at participating financial institutions. Merchants connect it directly to ACH Colombia, through ACH's own payment gateway or through partner gateways.
Take payment for visits and invoices straight from the patient's bank account, no card needed.
PSE processed more than 600 million transactions from January through August 2026; July was its biggest month ever, with more than 90 million.

Does PSE have an API?

Does the money go through Arbol?

No. PSE is a trademark of its owner and does not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the processes and accounts you already have with PSE.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with security measures, encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
