gMedic
gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.
A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.

Stripe is a payments and financial services company based in San Francisco and Dublin. It lets businesses accept payments online and in person, with more than 135 currencies and payment methods, and handle payment links, recurring charges, subscriptions and invoices.

The Stripe API is a REST API authenticated with keys, with sandboxes that don't move real money; it can take payments, issue refunds, create payment links, subscriptions and invoices, and send a webhook whenever something changes.

No. gMedic and Stripe are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
