EPS Famisanar members, booked on gMedic. With Arbol, on your line and WhatsApp.
How it works
The EPS Famisanar member calls or writes to your organization.
The assistant asks for the EPS Famisanar order and authorization before offering a slot and prepares the case for your team if something is missing.
It books on the gMedic calendar, with the real availability of each clinician and site.
The appointment shows up in gMedic like any other, and the conversation stays on record.

EPS Famisanar integrationElectronic health record software
gMedic
gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It reports more than 6,000 users, 160,000 patients and 2,000,000 cumulative patient encounters. Source: gmedic.io (opens in a new tab)
Its integration API (patients, appointments, schedule availability and clinical records) is an add-on module for customers and has supported webhooks since its August 27, 2026 update.
