The assistant asks for the Capital Salud EPS order and authorization before offering a slot.

Capital Salud EPS
Capital Salud EPS-S is a health insurer (EPS) with mixed public-private capital, majority-owned by the Bogotá District (99.03%). It was created to serve the subsidized regime in Bogotá and now has members in Bogotá, Meta and Cundinamarca.
Clinics work with Capital Salud to handle authorizations and submit invoices for its members, mainly in Bogotá and Meta.

Providers use its web authorization portal and a separate portal to submit invoices, both behind a login.

Google Calendar
Google Calendar is Google's calendar, used with a personal Google Account or within Google Workspace. It lets you create events, share calendars and publish appointment schedules with a booking page where others pick a time. Some appointment schedule features require a Google Workspace or Google One subscription.
Keep each provider's schedule and let patients book appointments in open slots.

The Google Calendar API is a REST API with OAuth 2.0 to read and create events and calendars, manage access permissions and receive push notifications of changes at an HTTPS webhook.

Yes: before offering a slot, the assistant checks the availability of every Google Calendar calendar your organization connected.

What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
