How it works
The Seguros Atlas member calls or writes to your organization.
The assistant tells them their Seguros Atlas plan's coverage and copay using what your clinic has loaded.
It checks availability in Microsoft Outlook and creates the appointment as an event on the clinician's calendar.
If the patient reschedules, it moves it in Microsoft Outlook and lets your team know.

Seguros Atlas
Seguros Atlas, S.A. is a Mexican insurer. In major medical expense insurance (gastos médicos mayores) it offers Med Óptimo, Med Plus, Med Plus Elite and Plan Mundial for individuals, Med Óptimo and Med Plus for employers, and standardized basic policies (Básicos Estandarizados). Policyholders can use direct payment at in-network hospitals or request reimbursement.
An in-network hospital admits Seguros Atlas policyholders under direct payment for stays of 24 hours or more and for scheduled procedures the insurer approves in advance.

Microsoft Outlook
Outlook is Microsoft's email and calendar, and it also manages contacts. It is part of Microsoft 365, where mailboxes live in Exchange Online, and it also works with personal Microsoft accounts. The new Outlook for Windows is free and requires no subscription.

Microsoft Graph is Microsoft's REST API for Outlook: it can read, send and organize email, create and update events, check availability and receive change notifications.
