EPS SURA
EPS Suramericana S.A. (EPS SURA) is a health insurer (EPS) with members in both the contributory and subsidized regimes. It is the third-largest EPS in Colombia by membership, with its biggest presence in Antioquia.
Clinics work with EPS SURA to verify membership, request authorizations and submit invoices with their RIPS files.

No. EPS SURA and SignWell are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
