Your shop needs glasses.

Already trusts usWhat you see on these plates is what Arbol already answers in production for Orso Visión.

It sees the customer in front of it perfectly and everyone else as a blur. Arbol is the correction: it answers the phone and WhatsApp while your associate helps a customer, books the exam on your schedule and calls whoever is due back.

Uncorrected, the focus falls in front of the retina: the call comes in, but nobody gets to see it. With Arbol’s lens, it lands where it should.

An optical shop’s four vision problems, plate by plate

Myopia

SPH −

Distant objects focus in front of the retina: near is sharp, far is blurry.

Incoming call · Saturday, 11:20 a.m.

  1. Hi, do you have eye exams today?
  2. Hello, this is Orso Visión’s virtual assistant. Today I have 3:40 or 5:00 p.m. with the optometrist. Which works for you?
  3. 3:40, please.
  4. Done: today at 3:40 p.m. I’ll send you the address on WhatsApp.
  5. Exam booked · today, 3:40 p.m.

In your shop

Saturday, 11:20 a.m. Your associate is fitting frames on a customer and the phone rings. What’s in front of her is perfectly clear; the call is far away, and the person who wanted an exam dials the optical shop down the block.

The correction

Arbol answers at the same time, by phone, WhatsApp or web chat. It handles on its own only the questions that always come up, books the exam on the schedule you already use and hands anything that needs judgment to your team, with the full conversation.

Hyperopia

SPH +

Near objects focus behind the retina: what’s closest is what you see worst.

WhatsApp · Thursday, 7:48 p.m.

  1. Are my glasses in yet?
  2. Yes, they’ve been ready since Thursday. Could you come by tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.?

In your shop

The closest thing in your shop is the pickup drawer: glasses paid for and ready that nobody has come to collect. And the customer who calls three times to ask whether they’ve arrived.

The correction

Arbol answers “are my glasses ready?” with the order status, lets customers know when they’re ready and books the pickup. The drawer empties, and every pickup is one more visit in front of your display case.

Astigmatism

CYL · AXIS

The cornea doesn’t focus equally along all its meridians: instead of one focal point there are two, and the image splits.

Carolina Ruiz · one person

  1. Monday, 9:14 a.m. · WhatsAppCarolina asks about progressive lenses and frame prices.
  2. Tuesday, 6:02 p.m. · Call“I wrote yesterday about the progressives.” She didn’t have to repeat anything.
  3. Tuesday, 6:05 p.m. · ScheduleExam on Saturday at 10:00 a.m., with the note about the progressives.

In your shop

Carolina wrote on WhatsApp on Monday. On Tuesday she calls. To your shop, she’s two people: they ask for her details again and explain again what they already explained.

The correction

One agent with memory across channels. What she said on WhatsApp is there when she calls, and what she said on the call is there when she writes again. The axis of the correction is the person.

Presbyopia

ADD +

With age, the eye’s lens loses its ability to focus up close. It comes to almost everyone, usually after 40.

WhatsApp · Monday, 10:05 a.m.

  1. Hi Jorge, this is Orso Visión: your prescription is a year old. Shall I find you a time for a checkup?
  2. Yes, I’m already having trouble seeing up close.
  3. I have Thursday at 5:00 p.m. or Saturday at 9:40 a.m. Which do you prefer?
  4. Saturday.
  5. Checkup booked · Saturday, 9:40 a.m.

In your shop

Every prescription expires, every supply of contact lenses runs out and every customer has another birthday. Your customer list is your schedule for the coming months, if someone calls it in time.

The correction

Arbol goes through your list and calls when it’s due: the annual checkup, the contact lens refill, the customer who didn’t come back. It books the appointment in the same conversation, and your shop switches on every campaign.

Your optometrist signs the prescription.

Arbol handles the conversation; clinical judgment belongs to your team. These limits come built in, and no setting can switch them off.

  • It doesn’t prescribe or recommend a lens.Your optometrist decides that, in the exam.
  • It doesn’t interpret a symptom.“One eye is blurry” goes straight to your team.
  • It doesn’t promise what isn’t there. It offers the real openings on your schedule.
  • It doesn’t pretend to be a person. From the first second, it says it’s your shop’s virtual assistant.
  • It doesn’t decide for your team.Anything that needs judgment arrives with the full conversation.
Your optometrist writes and signs this sheet. Arbol doesn’t touch it.

Setup doesn’t touch your system.

Arbol fits onto the schedule and systems you already use. There’s no new software to learn and no data to migrate.

  1. The measurement

You show us how you book and what your customers ask. You don’t migrate anything.

  2. The edging

We configure it in your shop’s tone. Your team approves it before it answers.

  3. The mounting

It answers during the hours you choose: all day, after hours or when the counter fills up.

  4. The delivery

You adjust it from the console, in plain language. If you want it off, it goes off.

Arbol does more than answer.

The plates show how Arbol works in an optical shop. Inside are three products, and you can look at each one.

  • Contactability

Answers and calls your customers by phone, WhatsApp, text, email and web chat, under your shop’s name.
