Nueva EPS
Nueva Empresa Promotora de Salud S.A. (Nueva EPS) is a health insurer (EPS) based in Bogotá, with members in both the subsidized and contributory regimes. It is the largest EPS in Colombia by membership and operates in every department.
Clinics work with Nueva EPS to check member eligibility, request authorizations, upload RIPS files and submit invoices.

Providers use its Zona Transaccional portal for authorizations and eligibility checks, plus separate portals to upload RIPS files and submit invoices.

No. Nueva EPS and Basecamp are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
