Medifolios
Medifolios is a Colombian, fully cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform from Medifolios SAS. It serves private practices, clinics and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), from 1–5 user practices to multi-site providers. It includes specialty-configurable clinical records, scheduling, admissions, electronic invoicing, RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files), claim-denial management (glosas), telemedicine, lab, imaging and inpatient modules.

No. Arbol connects with Zoho Invoice: your team turns it on from Arbol with your organization's account and approves what goes in.
Does the money go through Arbol?
No. The payment happens in Zoho Invoice, into your organization's account. Arbol sends the link and records the conversation.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
