Clinics work with Famisanar to submit and track medical claims, and to answer claim objections (glosas) and returns online.

No. The payment happens in NetSuite, into your organization's account. Arbol sends the link and records the conversation.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
