Comfenalco Valle
Comfenalco Valle Delagente is a nonprofit family compensation fund (caja de compensación familiar) serving formal workers and their families in Colombia's Valle del Cauca department. It is funded by a 4% employer payroll contribution and offers a cash family allowance, education, housing, health, culture, recreation and tourism. In health it runs EPS delagente, its health insurer (EPS).
An IPS (healthcare provider institution) in the EPS delagente network sees its members, uploads RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files) to the EPS's web app and reconciles accounts on the schedule the EPS publishes.

EPS delagente has a provider section with a web app for uploading RIPS files and Resolution 202 and high-cost-illness reports, and it publishes its reconciliation schedule and payments to providers.

gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.
A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.
