Alianza Medellín Antioquia EPS S.A.S. (Savia Salud EPS) is a health insurer (EPS) headquartered in Medellín. Nearly all of its members are in Antioquia, and 91.1% are in the subsidized regime.
Clinics in Antioquia work with Savia Salud to request authorizations, manage referrals and counter-referrals, and submit medical claims with RIPS files.

Does the money go through Arbol?
No. The payment happens in Xero, into your organization's account. Arbol sends the link and records the conversation.
What happens to patient data?
They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
