What your institution needs, solved.

  1. No missed calls.

Answers them all at once, at night and on holidays too.

  2. Fewer missed appointments.

Confirms the day before and offers the freed slot to another patient.

  3. Pending patients, contacted first.

Calls and messages anyone with a pending order or checkup.

  4. Reports you don’t build by hand.

Every country has its own system. Arbol learns yours.

Before it answers the first call, we set Arbol up with who pays in your country, how your patients ask for an appointment and the law that protects their data.

Questions from clinics across the region.

Does Arbol work in my country?

Yes. It’s the same service across the region: the assistant that answers and messages your patients, your team’s console, Arbi and, if you need it, Agenda by Arbol. In a 30-minute demo we review how patients reach you, who pays and your country’s data law, and we send you in writing how you would get started.

Does it speak the way people speak in my country?

Yes. It’s set up with your locations, your hours, your agreements and your country’s vocabulary (cita, hora or turno), and your team approves it before it answers anyone. Patients know they’re talking to an artificial intelligence.

Does it work with my health record and my schedule?

Yes, with the ones you already use and no data migration. Integrations are included and, depending on the case, some institutions are connected in under a day.

How does it protect my patients’ data?

Health data is sensitive across the region. Arbol announces the recording, stores the purpose of each contact, gives access by role and lets you export or delete what was recorded. Before you start, we review with you what your country’s law requires.

Does it give medical advice?

No. When it hears a warning sign, it directs the patient to emergency care following your team’s protocol and hands over to a person. That limit cannot be switched off.
