Connect gMedic and SuperSaaS. Appointments on your calendar, with Arbol.

How it works

  1. The patient writes to or calls your organization.

  2. Arbol books on gMedic with real availability.

  3. The appointment lands in SuperSaaS, with your clinicians' real availability.

  4. Arbol confirms and reminds it; if the patient reschedules, it moves it in SuperSaaS.

What each one is

  • Electronic health record software

    gMedic

gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health.

A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit.

It reports more than 6,000 users, 160,000 patients and 2,000,000 cumulative patient encounters. Source: gmedic.io (opens in a new tab)

Its integration API (patients, appointments, schedule availability and clinical records) is an add-on module for customers and has supported webhooks since its August 27, 2026 update.

Questions

Do we need to build on the SuperSaaS API?

No. Arbol connects with SuperSaaS: your team turns it on from Arbol with your organization's account and approves what goes in.

Do gMedic or SuperSaaS endorse Arbol?

No. gMedic and SuperSaaS are trademarks of their owners and do not sponsor or endorse Arbol. Arbol works on your organization's side, with the accounts and processes you already have with each.

What happens to patient data?

They are health data, sensitive under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012: processed for a stated purpose, with the patient's authorization and with encryption and isolation per organization. Every conversation is recorded and exportable.
