Channels · one thread per person

One patient.
One thread.

They ring, they text, they email. Arbol answers all of it as the same conversation — so nobody is asked their date of birth twice in four minutes.

Carried across every rail, without anyone re-typing it

One agent on four rails — not four bots and an inbox

  • Voice

    the one that cannot wait

Every line answered at once. First contact, and anything urgent.

  • Text

    the one that gets answered

Two-way at 9 pm, in their own words — not just Y or N.

  • WhatsApp

    where your patients already are

Photos, PDFs and voice notes, on the same thread as the call.

  • Email

    the one that keeps

Documents and instructions worth finding again in six months.

The rail is the patient's choice. The behaviour is yours — and it is the same behaviour on all four. How it talks →

Retiring a channel chooses your patients for you

Asked how they want to hear from a practice, patients split. Lower income and less formal education — the telephone wins. Go digital-only and you have not simplified anything.

The rail changes. These never do.

  • Stop means stop

On every rail, the moment it is said.

  • It says what it is

Never a person pretending to be one.

  • No clinical advice

The boundary sits in the platform, not a prompt.

  • One person, one record

Calls, texts and files, in order.

  • No marketing

Their own care, or nothing at all.

Where all of it is recorded

Straight answers

Do we change our phone number?

No. You keep the number you publish and either forward it or port it. Messaging runs in your practice's name.

What happens to a text at 2 a.m.?

It is answered at 2 a.m. Booking, moving and cancelling run against your real appointment book overnight. Anything needing a human becomes a task with an owner for the morning.

Is WhatsApp right for our market?

Sometimes. It is the default rail in much of the world and a minority one elsewhere, and business-initiated messages carry template and opt-in rules. We tell you on the call whether it is worth switching on.

Can we run one channel only?

Yes. Many practices run voice for a month before anything is sent in writing. Nothing switches on unless you ask for it.

Send us one evening of missed calls.

We will play it back as the single thread it should have been — same patients, same hours, nothing asked twice.
