In major medical expense insurance (gastos médicos mayores) it offers Med Óptimo, Med Plus, Med Plus Elite and Plan Mundial for individuals, Med Óptimo and Med Plus for employers, and standardized basic policies (Básicos Estandarizados). Policyholders can use direct payment at in-network hospitals or request reimbursement.
