(EPS Sanitas) is a health insurer (EPS) founded in 1994, after Colombia's social security reform. It has members in both the contributory and subsidized regimes and is the country's second-largest EPS by membership. Clinics use the EPS Sanitas provider portal for hospital referrals and online office requests, and bill it for the care they give its members. 6,148,861 members as of August 2026: 4,628,224 in the contributory regime and 1,520,637 in the subsidized regime.
