Its administrative office is in Cartagena, and its members are in the Caribbean region, mainly in Bolívar, Córdoba and Atlántico. Clinics work with Mutualser to report emergency care, request authorizations and manage patient referrals. 2,708,613 members as of August 2026: 2,342,211 in the subsidized regime and 366,402 in the contributory regime.
