Your team finds them in Box when it needs them. ## What each one is - Electronic health record software ### gMedic gMedic is a cloud-based electronic health record platform for independent practitioners and IPS (healthcare provider institutions), made by Kloud Solutions SAS in Bogotá. It includes scheduling with reminders, clinical records with ICD-10 and ICD-11 diagnoses, informed consent forms, RIPS files in JSON (Colombia's standardized service records), electronic invoicing, teleconsultation and inventory. It supports specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy and occupational health. A private practice or IPS records clinical notes in gMedic, books appointments and generates the electronic invoice and RIPS files for each visit. It reports more than 6,000 users, 160,000 patients and 2,000,000 cumulative patient encounters.
