Your team reconciles from Square, with every payment next to its appointment. ## What each one is - Family compensation fund ### Comfenalco Valle Comfenalco Valle Delagente is a nonprofit family compensation fund (caja de compensación familiar) serving formal workers and their families in Colombia's Valle del Cauca department. It is funded by a 4% employer payroll contribution and offers a cash family allowance, education, housing, health, culture, recreation and tourism. In health it runs EPS delagente, its health insurer (EPS). An IPS (healthcare provider institution) in the EPS delagente network sees its members, uploads RIPS (Colombia's standardized service-record files) to the EPS's web app and reconciles accounts on the schedule the EPS publishes. It has provided benefits to formal workers in Valle del Cauca since 1957.
