A Colmédica member writes to or calls your organization. 2. Arbol answers and tells them their Colmédica plan's coverage and copay using what your clinic has loaded. 3. The appointment's payment or charge is recorded in Xero. 4. Your team reconciles from Xero, with every payment next to its appointment. ## What each one is - Prepaid medicine company ### Colmédica Colmédica Medicina Prepagada S.A. is a Colombian prepaid medicine company (prepaid medicine is a voluntary private health plan on top of the mandatory system). Its plans offer direct access to more than 100 specialties, telemedicine and home care, backed by its own medical, dental and diagnostic centers. It belongs to a business group that in Colombia includes Banmédica Colombia and the health insurer Aliansalud EPS, among other companies.
