It was created to serve the subsidized regime in Bogotá and now has members in Bogotá, Meta and Cundinamarca. Clinics work with Capital Salud to handle authorizations and submit invoices for its members, mainly in Bogotá and Meta. 1,166,376 members as of August 2026: 1,080,895 in the subsidized regime and 85,481 in the contributory regime.
